Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ConvertFin (the “Service”), operated by Jincove LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ConvertFin converts PDF bank statements into spreadsheet formats such as Excel, CSV, and OFX. The conversion runs entirely in your browser — your statement is parsed on your own device and is not uploaded to us. You are responsible for the files you convert and for how you use the output.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Convert statements or documents you are not authorized to access.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent usage limits, resell the Service, or use automated means to abuse it.

The Service offers a free tier that allows a limited number of conversions per day at no cost and without an account. Paid plans (“Pro”) unlock higher or unlimited usage and additional features, and renew on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record and handles checkout and applicable taxes. By subscribing, you also agree to their terms. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Jincove LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to the files you convert and the output you generate.

Bank names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to indicate statement-format compatibility. ConvertFin is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank or financial institution.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Automated extraction from PDF statements can contain errors or omissions depending on the statement’s layout. You are responsible for reviewing the converted output against your original statement before relying on it for accounting, tax, or any other purpose. ConvertFin is not accounting, financial, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jincove LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jincove LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
