This Cookie Policy explains how ConvertFin, operated by Jincove LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies. We keep this to a minimum: converting your statements does not require cookies at all, because that work happens locally in your browser.

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page loads — for example, that you are signed in. Similar technologies such as local storage can serve comparable purposes.

We use only the following, limited categories:

• Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function — for example, to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and protect against security threats. These cannot be switched off through the site.
• Preferences. Remember basic choices such as your light or dark theme so the site behaves the way you expect.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites. Your bank statements are never involved, because they are never uploaded.

When you start a paid subscription, checkout is handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which may set its own cookies to process the transaction securely. Those cookies are governed by the provider’s own policies.

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Because we rely only on essential and preference cookies, blocking them may sign you out or reset your preferences, but it will not stop you from converting a statement.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
